The Family Room is Airline Hotels' internal information website for associates across the company. Designed by associates, for associates! Check out these Frequently Asked Questions. For more info, play the video! It will walk you through the features of The Family Room.

On the main page, read all of the latest news: fun and exciting things happening across our hotels and blog posts from various associates across the company. This section is updated daily with topics that affect us all as one Airline family. If you miss an article, they will be filed in the “News” section.
Our Revinate Service Scores will be up on the main page soon, both month-to-date and quarterly results.
On the main page, click on the logos at the bottom to access various websites, such as Facebook, Twitter, Revinate, and hotel/brand websites.
On the main page (to the right!) you’ll see our Twitter and Facebook feeds, which are linked to each hotel’s social media pages. There is a tab for Twitter and a tab for Facebook.
On the main page (lower right) is a list of upcoming events. The administration office of each hotel provides the details and descriptions of each event. You can also find a full events calendar under the “Communication” tab.
Have you seen something newsworthy at your hotel recently? Read an interesting hotel related article online? Have a question/comment/concern? Under the “Communication” tab, click “Contribute” to submit news, events, documents, and information to the Family Room, fill out the form below to ask a question!
Now you can book a room for you, family or friends at one of Airline’s 9 hotels. Just follow the easy steps by clicking “Associate Programs” tab, then “Book a Hotel Room.” Be sure to read the instructions as you go along! The booking tool will send an email to the hotel with your information, and the hotel will contact you to confirm the booking.
Under “Associate Programs,” see all Associates of the Month. You can also nominate a fellow associate by filling out the easy form.
Looking to move up or around in the company? Check out our job openings under the “Associate Programs” tab. If you click on the job you are interested in, you can view the job requirements, and even apply for the job directly through The Family Room!
Clicking on the “Document Library” tab brings you to the most recently updated documents available for all associates. The monthly newsletters will be available here, along with the master contact list and other various forms like the associate action form for you to download and view or print. Only 4 documents are shown on this main page; to see more files, click “View All” in the bottom right corner.
The search bar at the top right corner can help you find information in the Family Room or on Google, so you can set The Family Room as your home page and easily search the entire internet, without leaving this site.

In the spirit of RITE, if you have a concern, or would like to report a sensitive matter you are not comfortable sharing directly with senior management click here.
